Oak House residential home is a well respected Residential Care Home with an excellent reputation for high standards of care. Registered and inspected by the CIW (Care Inspectorate Wales), we provide care for clients who are frail and also for those with sensory and / or dementia needs.

We are experienced in caring for those residents who require palliative and terminal care. We also cater for those in need of respite care or for short term convalescence.

We will register new residents with Lansdowne Surgery who provide a dedicate GP round each week.

We liaise with Local Health Support Services where appropriate and seek help and advice from the Palliative Care Team at St David’s and the Marie Curie Centre, Holme Towers when necessary.
